Star Plastic plans and manufactures thermoplastic and rubber products following each production phase from contacting the customer to supplying the finished product.
In this first phase we try to find answers and solutions to the customer’s needs, searching for the raw materials and amount of supplies needed to follow up with a proposal. Use of the latest data processing systems allows our staff to quickly provide information and answers.
Our engineering department has at its disposal two 3D CAD and two CAM stations and so is able to create any kind of product. We can manufacture a prototype before the final mould is manufactured using a 3D printer.
Each piece of equipment is manufactured and managed entirely within our company through our tooling department. The equipment is tested and adjusted by running test mouldings and it is kept in working order to guarantee that the customer will receive a high quality product in optimum quality condition.
The moulding department uses only selected raw materials obtained from world leading suppliers. Through constant research and keeping up-to-date on the specifications of the latest materials, we can provide our customers specialized professional advice to optimize the "Cost/Efficiency" relation. Following the moulding process and upon request we can provide finishing and personalization.
