Star Plastic Technical Department is able to project every kind of mould using CAD/CAM systems.
During the work planning, before the prototype’s realization, Star Plastic can also offer a global consulting about the material to utilizing in relation to the typology of the product or to the specific laws in force.
By necessity, Star Plastic can quickly provide to the prototype’s realization (1-2 days).

Moulds' production

Every machinery is carefully proven and put right by moulding tests, in order to obtAin the best product, in terms of quality and client’s satisfaction.
Our Productive Department provides all the necessary equipment used for adapting, collecting and working on the detail, as well it is possible to do every kind of finish’s operation, customizations, branding and complicated assembling.
Every mould is periodically/frequently subject to a going-over upkeep and assistance, notifying to the Client about their use’s conditions, for realizing a final product that reflects the needed high quality standards.

Plastic materials moulding and assembling

The moulding department carefully looks after quality and innovation. They were trasformed only select raw materials, bought from the main producers worldwide, with a continuous update of developments and of new material’s characteristics.
Star Plastic offers a specialized consulting to his Client, so as to optimize the price/performance ratio of raw materials.
The automatic production can be well-constructed on several shifts and cycles, with the continued assistance of a skilled staff. Star Plastic offers to his Client assembling lines of moulded components, in order to create a perfect final product.
